what to expect…

engagement session: both of my wedding packages include an engagement session.  This session allows for us to get to know each other.  I will teach you how I pose my couples so that when we get to the wedding day, we’re able to fly through your bridal portraits with ease and confidence.  These photos also give you something you can use for invitations if you like!

digital files: both wedding packages include all high resolution digital images that I edit from your engagement session and your wedding, and a private online gallery where you can easily download, share and print all of your images.  You can also purchase canvases directly from your gallery. 

my shooting style: I believe that your wedding photos should be as beautiful in 25 years as they are today.  Your wedding photos aren’t a place for editing trends.  I want my work to look current, but I will never stray too far from a classic editing style. 

A lot of time is spent planning your wedding and the day always go so fast.  It is important to me to capture all of the details of your day, including but not limited to: getting ready, wedding details, bride and groom portraits, bridal party portraits, family portraits, ceremony, reception and first dances. 

I also think it’s important for the couple to sneak away at some point between the ceremony and the dance to take a few minutes as a newly married couple and capture those beautiful moments as husband and wife!

coverage: I offer two different wedding packages, that vary in hours of coverage.

Package #1 – $2195 + sd sales tax

• 8 hours of continuous wedding day coverage

• Professional editing and light retouching (blemishes etc.)

• Print release

• Complimentary engagement session

Package #2 – $2495 + sd sales tax

• 10 hours of continuous wedding day coverage

• Professional editing and light retouching (blemishes etc.)

• Print release

• Complimentary engagement session

Add-ons:

• Additional hours on wedding day – $175/hour

• Wedding album – $300 + sd sales tax

mileage: mileage rates are 55 cents a mile, round trip, for weddings outside of Mitchell

wedding photo delivery timeline:

2 weeks – a dedicated blog post with several of my favorite photos

2 months – online wedding gallery with all of your final, retouched, high resolution images

to book: a non-refundable retainer of 30% is required to book your wedding day.  At that point, we will get your engagement session scheduled and will begin working on creating your wedding day timeline!
